The Role 

We have a vacancy for a Department Assistant to support a dynamic and focused group of property specialists and assist them to achieve our business growth goals and effectively connect with our Clients. If you enjoy working in a small team performing a variety of challenging tasks to improve our clients’ experience we would like to meet you. 

Skills and Experience 

The successful applicant will possess the following: 

  • A friendly, professional, client focused attitude 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Organised with attention to accuracy and detail 
  • Understands the importance of, and maintains, confidentiality and integrity 
  • A mature approach to duties with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent personal presentation

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of reports, contracts, offer documents, Form 6 and 6A appointments, letters and email correspondence 
  • Accurate data input and CRM maintenance 
  • Assist with marketing campaigns including the preparation of costings, coordination of suppliers and production of material. 
  • Coordinate advertising needs, brochures, photography, media as required 
  • Monitor Agency expenses including advertising budget 
  • Telephone duties and general administration support as required 
  • Assist with preparation of sales and management proposals 
  • Liaise with and follow up client enquiries 
  • Raise and follow up invoices as required 
  • Maintain the functionality of the office and general tasks as and when required 
  • Be prepared to learn a variety of aspects of the business and support other team members 
  • Assist with timely and accurate statistics and reports as and when required 
  • Assist Directors and the Team as necessary 
  • Participate and contribute to weekly activities including team meetings and knowledge updates 
  • Be prepared to learn a variety of aspects of the property industry and support other team members
