Lutwyche is advantageously positioned with close proximity to Brisbane’s largest employment areas and is also well-supported by the public transport network. The suburb’s locality to Kedron Brook and close vicinity to the city and other suburban hotspots like Chermside makes it a desirable location for residents and businesses alike.
The recent $60 million upgrade of Lutwyche Shopping Centre has been of a huge benefit to the suburb and surrounds. And with many major residential and mixed-use buildings currently being built, approved for development or proposed, the suburbs of Lutwyche and Wooloowin are being closely watched by commercial developers as they expand quickly.
