Maddie is a Facilities Coordinator at McGees Property Brisbane, supporting the day-to-day facilities operations across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties while continuing to develop her experience within the commercial real estate industry.
Maddie began her career in retail, where she gained over five years of experience progressing through supervision and management roles. This experience helped her develop strong skills in client relationships, communication, leadership, organisation and time management. While studying a Bachelor of Property Economics at QUT, Maddie is now building her career in commercial real estate and expanding her knowledge across facilities and property management.
In her current role, Maddie supports the coordination of day-to-day facilities requirements, working closely with clients, contractors, tenants and the wider property management team. She takes a proactive and organised approach to her work, with a focus on clear communication, collaboration and delivering positive outcomes.
Maddie enjoys working alongside McGees’ professional and collaborative team and values the opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals. She is passionate about developing her skills and building a successful career in commercial real estate, with a strong focus on fostering genuine professional relationships and delivering positive outcomes for clients and colleagues.
