Warner Bros Sale

Warner Bros Movie World and Wet’n’Wild theme parks have been sold for about $100 million. Altis Property Partners made the purchase on behalf of LGIAsuper. The 154 hectare site was sold on a sale and leaseback, with Village Roadshow striking a long-term lease that will allow it to keep operating other theme parks including Australian Outback Spectacular, Paradise Country and Village Roadshow Studios. The site also currently has a Topgolf venue under construction and development approval for a nine-storey hotel.
