Greg commenced his professional property career in 1977 as a property officer with what is now Powerlink Queensland after graduating from the University of Queensland with a Diploma of Business (Real Estate Valuation). He joined McGees Property in 1983 as Valuation Manager and was appointed a Director in 1988 with the responsibility for Valuation and Professional Services practice direction, professional development, marketing and staff training. Greg is currently an Adjunct Professor in the School of Geography, Planning & Architecture at the University of Queensland, past National Chairman of McGees Property and past National and Queensland Division President of the Australian Property Institute. Greg is a registered valuer in Queensland and New South Wales, a specialist retail valuer under the Retail Shop Leases Act, a licenced real estate agent, a fellow of the Australian Property Institute and a Member of the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland. He has considerable commercial industrial and retail experience, specialising in corporate real estate, CBD commercial buildings as well as rental assessments and determinations for retail premises. Greg is committed to providing an exceptional standard of service and endeavours to develop individuals technical, business and personal skills so that they can produce a range of innovative property products and services for the benefits of clients. He believes in the importance of fully understanding the needs of clients and the value in keeping in regular personal contact with them.
