What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive understanding of Commercial Real Estate
  • Proven track record in the Sales or Leasing of industrial/commercial assets
  • Ability to think critically and work autonomously
  • Understanding and implementation of sales campaigns
  • Current certificate of registration will be required
  • At least one year sales experience - any industry
  • Sound understanding of the sales environment and current trends in commercial property
  • Negotiation skills
  • Superior organisational skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understands the importance of, and maintains, confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing activities
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent telephone manner and presentation
  • Ability to build relationships and contacts
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients

Senior Property Manager

  • At least 5 years experience in Property Management  managing multiple properties
  • A Certificate of Registration or full Real Estate License and a QLD Driver's License 
  • Exposure to large landlords and/or tenants 
  • Microsoft office skills and  Internet based systems knowledge
