  • At least 10 years experience in commercial valuation
  • Register certified Practicing valuer in Queensland
  • A proven track record in client care  
  • QLD Driver's License 
  • Microsoft office skills and  Internet based systems knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A sense of confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team 
  • Flexibility, demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm

Senior Property Manager

  • At least 5 years experience in Property Management  managing multiple properties
  • A Certificate of Registration or full Real Estate License and a QLD Driver's License 
  • Exposure to large landlords and/or tenants 
  • Microsoft office skills and  Internet based systems knowledge
  • Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Senior Commercial Leasing Executive North Side

  • A track record in leasing (or other sales services)
  • An understand of the geographic business precincts of Brisbane and in particular North Side
  • Eager to develop and train with highly motivated people   
  • Demonstrate disciplines in prospecting and client liaison 
  • Own you own home/investment property and understanding the customer challenges
